Garnet is reserved with her feelings and selective on who she trusts with her secrets just like a Scorpio. She loves deep and is really intuitive with the ones she loves. Whenever there is trouble, she stays cool and reserved and focuses on the task at hand rather than panic like her gem sisters.
Although Garnet is a fusion gem, she represents the three levels found in every Scorpio. Garnet represents the highest level known as the phoenix which means she has transformed and risen from her formal ashes. The second level down is the Eagle otherwise known as Sapphire. The Eagle represents intelligence who has soared from her deep instincts and emotions. The earliest is the Scorpion, as seen in Ruby. This phase is ruled by emotions and sometimes rage.
